You will be a key addition to our team who will help coordinate and manage sales and account management activities promoting additional products & services we offer.
- Qualify new sales opportunities for current and prospective customers and work with other NXTurn team members and service leads to lead opportunities to closure
- Participate or lead in preparing and presenting proposals for services or additional product offerings
- Establish relationships with existing customer base and periodically communicate to build the relationship and potentially uncover new opportunities
- Assist with customer product / service contract renewal processes
- Help to achieve customer satisfaction
- 1 to 2 years of experience in facilitating sales or account management in a technology solution and services arena
- Key attributes and skills: outgoing personality, attention to detail, good communication and relationship management skills, able to self direct activities and schedule, good listener, adept at understanding technology solutions, interest in finding ways to improve processes and working in a small growing company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (outlook, word, excel)
- College degree
