Job Description
WYLE is recruiting for all levels of logistics analysts.
Education/Experience
LOGISTICS ANALYST - Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years integrated logistics support work supporting major NAVAIR programs; Two (2) years of experience in field related areas may be substituted for one (1) year of college. LOGISTICS MANAGER I - Requires a Bachelor's degree plus ten (10) years supervising integrated logistics support analysts supporting major NAVAIR programs; Education may substitute. LOGISTICS MANAGER II - Requires a Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years supervising integrated logistics support analysts supporting major NAVAIR programs; Education may substitute. Two (2) years of experience in field related areas may be substituted for one (1) year of college.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: LOGISTICS ANALYST - Candidates ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing; Ability to demonstrate a wide range of research and analysis tasks. The quality and breadth of the candidate's demonstrated experience, as well as significant accomplishments to the success of FMS logistics programs are considered very important in assessing candidates for this position. LOGISTICS MANAGER I - Candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing. Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in analysis of logistics requirements commensurate with the significant technical and analysis demands of major FMS logistics programs. Candidates should demonstrate a proven record of success on multiple aspects of logistics, as well as knowledge of DoD FMS management and oversight procedures. LOGISTICS MANAGER II - Candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing. Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in analysis of logistics requirements commensurate with the significant technical and analysis demands of major FMS logistics programs. Candidates should demonstrate a proven record of success on multiple aspects of logistics, as well as knowledge of DoD FMS management and oversight procedures.
