CASE MANAGER II- Brooklyn, NY Job Description: The Case Manager II provides case management/counseling/advocacy services to an assigned caseload and participates as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate the client recovery/rehabilitation process. These goals are accomplished by providing individual and group counseling, making appropriate interventions as needed, and maintaining the healthy integrity of the program environment. Case Manager II Required Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.CASAC eligibility preferred. Demonstrated enrollment in CASAC credentialing program and considerable hours obtained toward this credential is required.Minimum of 2 years work experience counseling or case management positions or a Bachelors degree and one year of counseling experience. Basic keyboard skills and computer literacy (Window based environment knowledge preferred). Hours: Full Time
