Duties and Responsibilities of the B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Review outstanding receivables and initiate follow through with collection accounts
  • Research and resolve deductions
  • Maintain timely and accurate records, customer communications and account reconciliations


Requirements of B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required / Associates Degree preferred
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B Accounts Receivable
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, high level of integrity, ingenuity and initiative. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a team, recognize problems and offer potential solutions
