District Sales Account Manager
The Direct Sales Account Manager is responsible for all assigned accounts within his/her designated territory; providing sales coverage and developing best possible market infiltration in his/her assigned territory; pro-actively creating and executing strategies, including sales plans, to increase rentals/revenue within assigned territory. The Direct Sales Account Manager is also responsible for maintaining business relationships with existing accounts and creating relationships with competitive accounts within assigned territory to capitalize on and generate new opportunities as they materialize.

Plans and implements all sales activities in assigned territories to achieve desired results and exceed established goals while partnering with location and/or branch managers.
Pro-actively plans, creates and implements all sales activities to increase rentals/revenue within each account.
Oversees and manages assigned territory and revenue growth by developing positive relationships with existing account contacts (decision makers) to support current accounts retention, growth andmarket share through on site visits
Responsible for providing sales coverage and developing best possible market infiltration for the products to present to prospective clients in his/her assigned territory in accordance with company's policies and programs
Prepares quotations and contracts as required.
Markets awareness, identifies new business opportunities and creates relationships with competitive accounts to capitalize on new opportunities as they materialize.
Identifies customer needs and reacts appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitor pricing.
Facilitates branchs and/or locations sales meeting.
Develops a thorough understanding ofcompany services/benefits available to clients
Provides support on key account and assists branches and/or locations in keeping abreast with account changes andconcerns.
Develops and delivers sales presentations on up-to-date information regarding the company's activities and market trends.
Opens a minimum of four (4) new revenue generating accounts each month
Serves as liaison between clients and organization.
Coordinates efforts with Marketing business partners along with regular updates on competitive situations.
Effectively execute all administrative responsibilities
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Deep understanding of the service industry and its business drivers (preferably the car rental industry); excellent grasp of the competition and competitive offerings in the car rental industry; high level of understanding of technology driven solutionscompany has to meet client needs; excellent financial acumen; excellent business acumen; solid understanding of the sales and marketing processes.
Self motivated with strong drive to succeed; excellent communication and networking skills; resourceful and ability to handle issues that arise; ability to multi-task; strong sales skills; solid Sales Presentation skills; passionate about sales and meeting the clients needs; must have computer software skills.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales, or business and 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Must possess a high degree of management, planning and organization skills. Demonstrate financial acumen and understanding of financial reporting.
Strong background in direct sales / business development
Experience in managing numerous projects efficiently and effectively;
Possess the ability to create and develop forward thinking growth strategies
Demonstrate team building, action planning and coordination skills
Must be goal oriented, enthusiastic and passionate about driving success
Demonstrate sound creative abilities to maximize revenue opportunities in assigned area / market segment.
Demonstrate proven revenue growth within a sales territory over an extended period of time.
Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment, as well as the ability to work with senior level contacts both internally and externally.
Exhibit experience with negotiating agreements with high level contacts internally and externally.
Travel required: Ability to travel locally up to 90% and regionally up to 10%
