Reporting to the Corporate Nutrition Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager, Nutrition will be responsible for working with cross-functional partners and international offices (Affiliates) in the development and execution of global strategies and plans. Specifically, this position will perform brand analysis for areas such as product, package, price, promotion, and communications, etc. This position will contribute to brand revenue and profitability by leading marketing activities on product and package renovation projects as well as SKU rationalization. This position will also assist in activities associated with product and package innovation. As well, s/he will work with internal and external partners on the development of marketing programs and communications, as well as consumer insights and market research.

Work with Market Research to perform market research, analysis and competitive market intelligence.
Perform business analysis, using market research, syndicated data, financial data, and competitive market intelligence.
Identify business implications and work with the team to adjust plans.
Advise Affiliates and cross-functional partners in bringing the brand meaning to life through elements of the marketing mix, such as communications and programs.
Assist in the development of global marketing plans, as needed.
Coordinate the development of marketing budget and work with the team and Finance to deliver upon the approved budget.
Provide marketing guidance to cross-functional project team to ensure plans deliver against brand and segment strategies.
Brief Consumer and Market Insights team on learning objectives and priorities as needed and collaborate to achieve learning objectives.
Gain organizational alignment at the Category Team level to strategies, pricing corridors and innovation plans.

MBA in Finance, Marketing, or other Business Acumen preferred.
