This position could be for any shift for a progressive company in Middlesex and New Haven counties.

Seeking experienced Machine Operators.

You must oversee the machines and equipment that apply treaments to metals and metal components

Machine's include manual Lathe's, grinding machine's, buffer's, straighteners, and various other manual machines.

Working knowledge of these machines is essential.

Ability to multi task and use various measuring tools including micrometers and calipers.

Ability to read and interpret blue prints. Open to learning new machines and processes.

Requirements

Must be able to read and use measuring equipment including but not limited to Micrometers and Calipers. Must have prior Manufacturing experience. .

• Must have at least2 year machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Must have at least1 year of heat treating or brazing experience.
• Welding, soldering and fabricating experience a plus.
• Understand algebraic equations.
