Professional Engineer - Refrigeration

My client is a firm that performs grocery store, supermarket, convenience- store and distribution center projects throughout the U.S. We have an opening for a Professional Engineer in the field of Refrigeration Design. The individual will oversee the project production of a 3 to 4 person team. In addition to the responsibilities for developing high quality mechanical drawings and specifications, the position involves client contact and support, including on-site meetings and data collection, with travel required. The position requires a minimum of 7 years design experience with a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in the field of Refrigeration equipment (besides HVAC equipment) and piping design. In addition, experience with energy efficient and sustainable designs or LEED certified building is a plus. The position involves use of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit platforms.

Requirements

Initial compensation is a salary, paid vacation annually, nine paid holidays annually, health, dental, and life insurance covering employee. Health, dental, and vision plan coverage for dependents are available at employees option, with premiums being payroll deducted. Qualification for an percentage match on your 401K contributions (applied to a vesting schedule and a waiting period).

My client will support you in maintaining your PE certification, and obtaining licensure in other states utilized by us. My client pays for approved continuing education requirements for maintaining licensure, and payment of annual professional organization dues for one organization
