We are searching for a Chief Mechanical Estimator for our Roanoke Va office.

Senior Mechanical Estimator

• Seeking candidate with 10-15 years of Estimating experience.
• Must be able to be Lead Estimator on estimates up to $20,000,000; compile accurate take-offs and summaries of all materials, fixtures, and equipment together with evaluation of labor, material, and equipment costs;possess plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and/or process piping expertise as related to understanding plan layouts, schematics, P&IDs, and specifications; have mechanical system knowledge; and the ability to correlate drawings to actual physical installations.
• A degree in Construction Management or an Engineering-related field is preferred, along with knowledge and understanding of Quickpen Esitmating Sytem and previous project management experience

Salary Range Is Based On Experience

Approx: 65,000.00 to 85,000.00

  Must have management experience, interested in client interaction and a leadership role
  
  Must have experience putting together master estimates, proposals for clients,and experience with higher education projects (design build) Healthcare experience is a plus.
