AVP and VP Commercial Lending Officer - Small Business area

Commercial Lending Officer opportunities throughout out the suburbs and downtownChicago area. We currently represent multiple banks in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs that are looking for Commercial Lending Officers with heavy business developing skills. Small Business lenders will be in the Market of companies whose revenues rangeup to $10 millionwith average deal sizesbetween $250,000 up to $1 million.

Requirements

• You must currently be working for a bank or most recently been employed by a bank as an Commercial Lender
  
• ***Three years experience minimum in the Banking industry.
  
• ***Formal credit training with a bank and a solid pipeline
  
• Experience in traditional C&I companies with revenues ranging between $500,000 and $10 million
  
• Strong business development skills
  
• Good book of business
  
• Strong relationship management skills
