Requirements

  • 2 year coreexperience
  • Clean background
  • Titers drawn for MMR's, Varicella, and Hep
  • with levels shown
  • Strong level one trauma skills

    • Credentials

  • State Licensure
  • Current CPR or BLS
  • Current ACLS
  • Current PALS

    • Health Documentation

  • Titers drawn for MMR's, Varicella, and Hep
  • with Levels shown
  • Physical within the last two months
  • Negative TB within the last year or
  • Positive TB with Chest X-ray results within the last five years
  • Clear Background Check (provided)
  • Negative Drug Screen (provided)
  • 2 forms of Identification, must have the same last name
