An upwardly mobile restaurant management career

Must have 2 or more years in salaried restaurant management position

General Managers must be competent in setting and achieving restaurant budget goals

Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential

No sideline' coaches need respond…only those who know how to lead from a quarterback position

Qualifications

Desired Full Service restaurant kitchen management background

Scratch Kitchen leadership gets quick attention
Must have solid understanding of restaurant financials
Experienced in hiring, training and developing of restaurant teams
Leadership and communication skills required
Must have strong guest focus and hands-on management style philosophy (no clipboard managers)
