We are currently looking for a District Manager to oversee our restaurants in the Fort Dodge area! This person should have a strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and eye for talent.

Requirements

3+ years of current Multi-Unit Restaurant Management experience

Experience overseeing operations of at least 5 locations

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing management teams

Ability to increase sales and build rapport in a region

Maintaining high levels of food quality and consistency
