We currently have a hot opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager at one of our locations in Honolulu! We're seeking someone with a strong work ethic, eye for talent, and drive to succeed.

Requirements

3+ years of current Full Service Restaurant General Manager experience

High Volume Background; must have GM experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year

Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Ability to build sales and rapport in the community

Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Overseeing food quality and consistency

Local candidates preferred
