As we approach our 30th anniversary, our restaurants have become synonymous with having a good time. What started in the south now has grown all over the United States (over 500 stores and counting) and have expanded globally. In addition, we've branched out into other areas of the hospitality field that keeps us one step ahead. So what keeps us successful? Some say it's the variety of food we serve; others say it's the friendly environment our staff provides.

Candidates Should Have

The key to our success has been the strength of our management team. We're currently looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager in the Bismarck area. Candidates should have

2+ years of current restaurant management experience

A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years

Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
