We currently have a hot opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager at our location in the Montgomery area! We're seeking someone with an eye for talent, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed.

Requirements

3+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Dining General Manager experience

High Volume Background; must have General Manager experience at restaurants doing over $2 million in sales

A stable job history; no more than two jobs in the previous six years

Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Ability to build sales and rapport in the local community

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
