Growing Chain QSR seeks Restaurant Assistant Manager!

For nearly 50 years we have been pioneers in the Quick Service industry, aiming to evolve and innovate. While other chains were constructing larger-than-life meals, we were at the forefront of creating healthier, fresher meals for our guests. We also were one of the first to make salads and wraps a large part of our menu.

On top of the growth of our menu, we’re also world-renowned for our growth as a company. With thousands of restaurants worldwide, we have expanded over the last decade into new markets. This wouldn’t be possible without the right leadership, many of which have advanced through the ranks.

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for one of our Bismarck locations! This person should have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.

Requirements

1-2 years of current Restaurant Management experience

A stable work history

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
