As a Manager for us, you would be responsible for and ensuring the quality of our meals is up to par and maintaining a productive hourly staff. We are holding immediate interviews for a Restaurant Kitchen Manager at our location in Honolulu. We're looking for someone passionate about the food they create along with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
3+ years of current Upscale Casual Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Management experience
High Volume Background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $4 million in sales per year
A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Strong Leadership, Communication, And Organizational Skills
