To maintain our success, we're looking for a restaurant assistant manager that's dedicated to making sure our customers have a great time whenever they visit one of our restaurants. We're a high volume chain currently seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for our location in Bismarck!

Requirements

2+ years of current Restaurant Management experience

High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year

Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
