Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift)
Location: TN-Chattanooga
The Maintenance Supervisor plans and directs the maintenance activities of all process machinery equipment and machine shop departments along with other production systems, during night shifts, to ensure that all equipment and systems are thoroughly maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor will identify factory performance opportunities and propose and execute actions to address those opportunities. The Maintenance Supervisor will participate in the maintenance budget definition and management. The Mainenance Supervisor participates in the design and management of the factory maintenance system, with coordination by the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenace Manager participates in the internal and external audit findings elimination efforts and action planning.

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
-2-5 years of experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing
-Working knowledge of maintenance responsibilities and production line mechanics
-Complete understanding of all plant facilities and equipment, and a high level of human relation skills to effectively develop and motivate maintenance personnel
-Great teamwork skills in order to work synchronized with the Maintenance Manager position
