Responsibilities

Our client located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) has an immediate need for a credentialed ER/Outpatient Coder. The OP/ER Coder should be proficient and have thorough knowledge of ICD-9-CM and CPT coding guidelines, DRG systems and documentation requirements. Our client will provide competitive pay.

Specific Requirements (required Unless Noted Otherwise)

  • There is a requirement to complete a coding test during orientation
  • This is a full time contract position
  • Must have 3 years experience
  • 3M experience is a plus
  • Must have one or more of the following: RHIA, RHIT, or CCS
