Assistant Manager
This includes: 2nd Assistant Manager, 1st Assistant Manager. As a Salaried Manager you will spend up to six months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Second Assistant, earn a pay increase and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Most trainees acheive the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months in this program.
