This position has full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
This role will independently manage accounts and candidate profiles. You will establish guidelines with fortune 500 companies to develop the best process of identifying qualified candidates. You will meet with professional organizations to evaluate the role and their environment. Also, you will meet with professional/career-oriented candidates to design a search strategy. In addition, you will check references, arrange interviews and work with all parties involved to MAKE THE CONNECTION!
