Among other critical finance initiatives, you'll assist Finance and Marketing functions with appropriate analytical tools, analysis, planning, and administrative support concentrating on Buy Groups, Broadliners, Key Dealers, and National Accounts. Reporting directly to the Senior Cost Accountant, this position is based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for administration of incentive programs, ensuring all are complete, signed and programmed prior to the start of the calendar year. Provide point of contact for all customer queries relating to such programs.

Develop and maintain customer rebate analysis forecasting monthly liability

Responsible for providing Manitowoc with the necessary reports and analysis relating to sales amounts for all customers. This includes standard reports as well as one-time special requests.

Assist in coordinating, calculating and communicating annual sales plans and territory quotas by month and by product lines.

Reconcile monthly all general ledger accounts relating to incentives, Rep Flex, promotions, spiffs, and commissions.

Responsible for calculation, payments and reporting as it relates to any and all commissions.

Maintain TrM database for rebates.

Fulfill the financial control and risk management responsibilities inherent in this position.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 1 year experience in analysis and reporting required.

The successful candidate must possess strong analytical abilities along with strong data base knowledge.
