Volt Workforce Solutions has immediate openings in the North Mankato area for Machine Operators. We are looking for experienced operators. These positions may also be a great fit for entry level candidates looking to explore or broaden skills in the in the printing industry. We are looking for candidates that can provide quality product to our customers. These positions offer Star Performers a great opportunity for long term employment and/or to be cross-trained into multiple areas within our 11 client locations in the area. These areas include, but are not limited to: warehouse, production assistants, and shipping/receiving.
In this role you will be responsible for setting up printing and/or die cutter equipment and producing orders to customer's specifications while maintaining a high quality and productivity. This is a possible temporary to hire position through Volt Workforce Solutions.

Duties

Accurately read order blanks and retrieve stock
Set up and tear down printing equipment
Cross train into other areas as needed

Required Skills For This Printing Press Position Include The Following

Ability to multitask and change tasks quickly
Basic Math skills
Ability to read a ruler
Ability to distinguish between colors
Ability to stand/walk for entire 8 hour shift
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong communication skills
