Description

Full-time position for our Child Guidance Clinic located in Dayville, CT. Provide program oversight, staff supervision and direct clinical services to children, adolescents and their families. Strong team approach. Intake, comprehensive assessment, knowledge of child and adolescent development, family systems. Experience working with adolescents with co-occurring disorders highly desired. Some evening hours required. No weekends or on-call hours required. Please consider becoming part of our team.

Minimum Requirements

MSW & Connecticut LCSW (or Connecticut LCSW eligible within 6 months) required plus one year experience as a clinical supervisor or four years relevant direct clinical care experience may be substituted for clinical supervision experience.

Salary Range

• MSW $40,186 – $45,466
• MSW plus Bilingual Spanish Fluency $42,220 - $47,768
• CT LCSW $43,014 - $48,667
• CT LCSW plus Bilingual Spanish Fluency $45,192 - $51,131
