Description

Full time position in Dayville, CT working with clients with serious and prolonged mental illness. Play a critical role in assessing needs, developing and managing community service plans, coordinating services and providing counseling for clients with serious and prolonged mental illness. Use of own car required. Schedule: Monday – Friday including one evening per week until 7:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in relevant human service field required.

Salary Range

  • $14.26 - $16.13 per hour depending on experience
