This candidate is going to helping with various service requests, as well as creating and editing work tasks from trouble tickets. Additionally you will provide written and verbal instruction to users to correct various problems.

What You Need For This Position

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 year experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management
  • 2 years background providing customer support
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
