A broad and thorough understanding of current development techniques, tools and processes

5+ years of technical experience in Java, J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, EJB, JDBC

Experience with JUnit, Log4J, XML, SQL, Servlets, JSP, Struts, WebSphere, Hibernate, Clover

Understanding of OO practices and UML

Experience in complex web-based, scalable, distributed systems and high-volume transaction applications

Travel Industry Expertise

Management/Leadership Experience

Experience in multiple development methodologies such as Agile, Test Drive Development and RUP

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the analysis, design and development of large, complex applications

Formulate detailed estimates, impact assessments and cost justifications
