We are actively searching for an Electrical Engineer with CMOS experience for our Arlington, VA facility. Our product line includes ICs solutions for communications terminals with the following technologies: GSM, CMOS, Foundry, WLAN, PHS devices. This is an exciting position requiring hands-on creativity and previous exposure to communications IC , RFIC, ASIC and CMOS products engineering life cycle.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of three years industry experience.
  • CMOS circuit design (especially ultra low power design)
  • Novel architectures (including 3D-IC)
  • Process design-kit development in novel technologies (such as 3D-IC, SOI, and FinFet processes).
  • Experience with CMOS reliability and robustness (i.e. wear out” & soft error” effects).
  • Heterogeneous integration (i.e. compound-semiconductor on silicon for example) or RF components design.
