We are actively seeking a Lead Interaction Designer with a strong background in interaction and visual design to develop procedures and systems for User Experience design that will be implemented across our entire organization.
You will lead the charge in development of next-gen experiences and interfaces that will define our brand. This role will provide creativity, leadership and growth in a highly-creative and successful environment!

Responsibilities

Lead high-quality UX design standards and best practices development

Work with Product, Design, Development and Engineer teams to create multiple prototypes for designs and user experiences, while effectively balancing time and crucial deadlines

Take on a Project Management role for specific projects for software and product launches

Be as leader and SME for impeccable UX and UI design in software development

Implement effective documentation and guidelines for all interaction designincluding: mockups, prototypes and wireframes.

Assist our team in growth initiatives across the US

Requirements

BA or BS in a relevant field (Computer Science, Fine Art, etc)

Proven ability to create beautiful designs for the user, and detailed technical illustrations for the developers

More than 6 years' experience in UI Design and UX Design

Experience designing the UI for native iOS, Android, Windows applications

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design regulations and best practices

Relevant experience with trending technologies and interaction design practices

Experience designing/architecting for web, mobile and desktop applications

Skills

Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong knowledge in the following: HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, XHTML

Proven leadership and management skills in a large organization

Strong communicator with the ability to motivate teams and connect with leadership across an organization

Prior experience working in design in an agency environment is a plus!
