  • What You Need For This Role

  • Minimum 4 year degree - minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • 2+ years Sales Experience - both Inside and Outside Sales
  • Consistently ranking in the Top 25% or growth in commission if a smaller company with no rankings (Awards, Goal Hitting, etc.)
  • Hunter mentality to uncover new opportunities in the marketplace
  • Ability to cultivate new and existing clients - cold calling, email marketing, and other lines of business development
  • Strong communication skills and outgoing outgoing personality with the confidence to speak across Multiple Business Units (C-Level Executives, VP's, Director, HR Department)

  • What You Will Be Doing

  • Successful candidates will be responsible for growing base business by selling our products and services to new clients
  • You will be the primary point of contact with customers and our internal customer service to drive the ultimate customer service experience
  • You will be responsible for cultivating bookings and increasing gross margins and developing sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations for customers
  • You will prepare accurate and thorough sales activity and forecast reports for management team and analyze trends in order to create new opportunities
