Based in New York, we are a startup that is changing the way consumers use and engage in video chat. We are seeking a Director of Engineering to help take our team and product to the next level. While experience in a lead role is preferred, it's not required. This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming developer who wants to get to a hands-on management position.

What You Need For This Position

  • Broad based programming skill set
  • Experience with Java, PHP, Flex, and Flash\
  • Startup experience
  • Video Streaming/chat experience is a HUGE plus!
  • Consumer and Enterprise scalability is helpful too!
