We are a successful Mortgage Company with locations throughout the country. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in our Seattle branch and are looking to add a talented DE Underwriter to our team!

What You Need For This Position

3+ years of mortgage banking underwriting experience

DE Certification

Experience with residential loans (VA, FHA, conventional)

Solid experience with mortgage technologies

Excellent customer service skills!

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the daily flow of underwriting files and turning around all files in an accurate and timely manner

Making excellent loan decisions based on the overall worthiness of the buyer

Reviewing appraisals, preliminary title work, and purchase contracts
