We are a very established and ICONIC musical instrument company. We are located in beautiful Arizona and searching for our next ROCKSTAR Web Development Manager. You will be managing a team of highly talented web developers, so your excellent leadership and communication skills, are a must have!

What You Need For This Position

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

5-7 years of hand-on professional PHP web development experience

Experience leading a team of web developers is a MUST

Strong project management skills

Expert level with HTML/XHTML/CSS, MySQL, and PHP

Experience with PHP frameworks and the MVC pattern

Extensive experience with LAMP/Unix server environments is a MUST

Hand-coding skills and interactive design aptitude are preferred

Knowledge of e-commerce software, tools, trends and best practices

Experience with source code revision control and deployment

A healthy appreciation for music and musical instruments

What Youll Be Doing

Report to our Web Director and manage the team responsible for all development and maintenance of consumer-facing and internal web presences

Oversee day-to-day code production and deployments over the global company web application framework

Provide assistance with administration and maintenance of the web server infrastructure

Manage a team of highly proficient web developers

Scope, define and route all incoming web development and maintenance requests

Coordinate project milestone signoff/approval under the direction of the Director of Web Development

Work in collaboration with the Director to interface with our companies web design team and assist in bringing their brand- and campaign-level interactive design initiatives to life

Join the Director in liaising with our IT and e-commerce team to effectively implement, maintain, and influence our e-commerce platform & web-based business functions

Help develop reports and measuring tools to evaluate the effectiveness of website and e-commerce efforts.
