Looking for 10 DE Underwriters in the Santa Ana!!!

If you are a DE Underwriter with 3+ years of experience including recent experience within the last year, please read on!

What You Need For This Position

Must have an active CHUMS #

Knowledge of DU and LP

3+ years underwriting FHA and Conventional loans (must have recent experience)

Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines/FHA and VA Guidelines

Thorough understanding and strong working knowledge of credit, underwriting, credit policy and financial statement analysis

Strong credit, risk analysis, and analytical skills

Be able to examine loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

What Youll Be Doing

Perform timely reviews of stipulations/conditions submitted

Analyze loan packages to deliver valid credit decisions

Provide stellar customer service to all staff by effectively explaining credit decisions

Perform other job related duties and special projects as required

Able to prepare reports for review

Maintain quality control standards while maintaining production standards by companys definition
