What You Will Be Doing

Develop new features of our website, product development, social networking and eCommerce API integration.

Full Life Cycle Development.

Work with VP of Engineering, designers and developers to define new features.

Produce high quality code.

Perform peer code review and overall site QA.

Bring new and fresh ideas to the table.

What You Need

Must love to develop.

Excellent understanding of C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, AJAX, Web Service development, and Transact-SQL development for SQL Server 2005.

Must have excellent working knowledge of broader architectural concepts important to the Microsoft platform, including ASP.NET Application/Session/Request life cycles, Garbage Collection, caching, etc.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and developing a cross-browser compatible website.

Understanding of web architecture such as session, cache, cookies.

3+ years experience developing web applications.

B.S./B.A. Computer Science or related field.

Desired Skills

Experience with implementing a distributed caching layer such as memcached.

Experience working with MVC framework.

Must have excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft development platform including the management and configuration of the platform for scaling web applications to service over a million unique visitors a month.
