Compensation: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year

Exciting opportunity in the Burlington, MA area to work for dynamic organization as part of their Financial Reporting team. Our client is looking for an SEC reporting specialist to support in the preparation and review of financial reporting for use in the SEC filings including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A and other supporting documentation. Will also be involved with SOX compliance and GAAP responsibility. Candidate must be able to work independently and have the background and experience to hit the ground running.

Requirements

Candidates must have some public accounting experience, and BIG-4 and CPA is preferred. Good technical ability with SEC, SOX, and US GAAP required. This role is open due to internal promotion, so room for advancement is available.
