Compensation: $98,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

Our growing client, based in the Hartford area, is seeking to hire a dynamic Controller to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, cash management, modeling and forecasting, accounting systems, membership and premium reconciliation and reporting, as well as meeting audit and regulatory requirements and ensuring a strong control environment. This role will supervise a staff and report directly into the CFO. A CPA and public/private mix is required here as well as previous experience in a non-profit, healthcare or insurance environment. Experience with regulatory requirements, grant administration and compliance is highly preferred. Strong systems skills, including Excel and Access are required.
