Commerical Relationship Manager

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
Our client is looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager. This person will be responsible for the generation of commercial real estate loans through existing commercial contacts and by cultivating new relationships. Management of assigned portfolio to assure compliance with company's credit policy while expanding relationships.
Individual Will Be Responsible For The Following
Acquiring new commercial lending business by utilizing effective calling techniques to achieve corporate growth. This individual will accomplish this by maintaining and developing relationships with centers of influence (ex. accountants, attorneys, community leaders, professional, social organizations, attending networking, charity and corporate functions)
Coordinating with clients on accounts, and other issues related to the commercial relationships.
Working with commercial clients to facilitate credit application process, perform site visits, work with underwriter to obtain decision, and work with underwriting to perform annual reviews of assigned portfolio.
Working with other departments to handle customer service issues and to cross sell business owners.
Handling High Level executive account and loan requests to reinforce extraordinary service levels.
Attending training to continually improve sales and presentations skills, Mortgage Knowledge, and Investment Product Knowledge.
A minimum of 3-5+ years of demonstrated successful financial sales experience including development and execution of a marketing/sales plan. Both outbound telephone and in person sales calling. Platform Banking, Business Banking, Mortgage sales or Investment sales experience is helpful.
Trained in needs based selling, cold prospecting and selling
Experience creating and performing sales presentations for large groups or 1 to 1 meetings
