Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a growing company in the Irving area to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist.

The Accounts Payable Specialist should have 5

  • years full cycle AP experience. This position will be responsible for the following:

    This position will be responsible for processing 300
  • invoices and expense reports weekly. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for invoice entry, printing checks, mailing checks to vendors and maintaining W-9 files. Experience with sales & use tax and 1099's a plus.

    Must have intermediate Excel skills including: creating spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables.
