LDC Warehouse 2nd Shift
The basic function of the 2nd shift warehouse associate is to pull sold product and prepare product for the next day's delivery.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities are essential in the daily execution of the position:
•Pull product for next day deliveries.
•Inspect product that is pulled for delivery.
•Complete ice hook ups, left hand hinge, etc. to the pulled product.
•Keep area free of debris.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•Ensure all tasks are complete at the end of required shift.
•Clean equipment (i.e., tow motors) as needed.
•Excellent Tow Motor skills.
•Perform all functions in a safe and controlled manner.
•Excellent product handling skills.
•Good organizational skills
•Follow policies and procedures
•Ability to work with others
•Ability to follow direction
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
•High school education (or equivalent)
•Some mechanical skills preferred
Job Classification: Heavy
Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 o 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for medium work.
