Job Description

Seeking a full time Electrical Engineer to work in our Substation Design Department in our Kansas City office. A BSEE is required, MSEE is a plus and a degree from an accredited University with a Power option would be a plus. Zero to five year experience in utility substation design. Must have strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills. Job will include detail design of medium to extra high voltage utility substations to include one-line diagrams, control and relaying schematics, wiring diagrams, SCADA, communications, conduit and cable sizing/routing, substation layout, selection of substation equipment, writing of substation equipment specifications, construction cost estimates, and project scheduling.
