Wireless Acquisitions provides technical support of wireless devices, services and audits and performs device procurements and close-outs through the SRM ticketing system.

Responsibilities/Duties

Perform and manage tasks associated with the service order- to- billing process for end user services to include guiding customers through the proper ordering process.
Provision and configure wireless products; Cellular phones, BlackBerrys and Broadband cards with various vendors.
Provide fulfillment processing for wireless products, technical assistance in acquisitions, supplier management assistance and customer service.
Perform, coordinate and manage wireless terminations, suspensions, reactivations, upgrades and feature changes through the Approval Console after review of funding, order details and user information.
Provide customer support establishing integrated processes, procedures, effective coordination and continuity of operations.
Create and manage order spreadsheets that include order and funding details, inventory, vendor confirmation, shipment details and order close-out.
Track and validate wireless vendors, products and services through the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Attend weekly meetings and provide status reports.

Skills Preferred

Working knowledge of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Remedy/SRM, various wireless vendors, products and services and procurement processing.

Required

An Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting or related technical field.

Experience Preferred

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Remedy/SRM ticketing system and Help Desk operations.

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.

This is a full time hourly position.
