NVIDIA Research is seeking world-class circuit researchers to contribute to the exploration of future high-performance, low-power circuit technologies and development of prototype circuits. We are seeking candidates at various levels ranging from recent Ph.Ds to experienced researchers. Ideal candidates will have a strong, broad background in circuit design, a record of research excellence, depth in one or more areas of high-performance circuit design (PLLs and clocking, SerDes and high-speed signaling, SRAMs, and high-speed logic), and a vision about how to advance the state-of-the-art. NVIDIA has an ambitious circuit research agenda that involves taking all of these technologies to the next level. This position offers an opportunity to have a real impact in a fast-moving technology-focused company.

Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. In Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on circuit design and a focus on one or more of the following technologies: PLLs and clocking, SerDes and high-speed signaling, SRAMs, and high-speed logic
