Our accounting and finance Consultants combine their functional finance expertise and project management capabilities with their other broad skills and experiences in internal audit, process reengineering, compliance, and systems to help clients drive business change.

RGP is looking for Cognos / TM1 consultants to work on projects for Fortune 100 - 500 Companies. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to have worked as a partner with the business process team (Finance or IT) to identify reporting requirements. Leverage Cognos TM1 in the modeling of enterprise data and in the creation of enterprise and analytical reporting needs. Develop TM1 applications / cubes in support of business needs and develop TI processes and TM1 rules. Execute and facilitate issue resolution against formal test.

Professional Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related area

8 - 10 years of business and IT experience. Thorough understanding of the finance business processes, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, sharp analytical skills & strong communication skills

Advanced knowledge of TM1 Processes and TM1 Rules

Previous experience in the use of Cognos TM1 in support of planning efforts within an organization

Significant experience within TM1 and one of the following: Cognos BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle OBIEE, Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS)

Prior experience in the deployment and/or administration of TM1 environment a plus
