Duties
The essential function of the Steward is to provide a clean, comfortable and safe work environment for Food & Beverage outlets. The stewards provide clean tableware for all outlets and give support to the kitchen and banquet staff. Please see the job description for a detailed listing of specific job duties.
Qualifications
Detail oriented, organized, efficient, learns quickly, and safety-minded. High quality standards for production and service. Courteous and friendly manner and good team player. Physical Demands: Stands and walks short distances throughout shift. Constantly required to handle and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs. over moderate distances. Must have flexible availablity & be able to work weekends and Holidays. Able to provide (or obtain) upon hire a Riverside County Food Handler's Card.
