Position Summary

Responsible for the provision of personal care for the patient and limited housecleaning chores within a homecare, facility or inpatient setting. Serves as the NA member of interdisciplinary teams to meet specific plan of care goals. Works closely with related disciplines to ensure professional service delivery.

  • NA Continuous Services (Full Time float pool) - Mon - Fri and Wed - Sun shifts
  • NA Homecare Northeast - Wed - Sun
  • NA Homecare South - Mon - Fri

    • Education And Experience

    High School diploma plus training/certification in related field required.

    Certified Nursing Assistant; maintain current listing status required.

    • NAI - must be in good standing with NC Division of Facility Services Nurse Aide Registry
    • NAI+4 - must be in good standing with NC Division of Facility Services Nurse Aide Registry
    • NAII - must be in good standing with NC Division of Facility Services Nurse Aide II Registry (BONNAR)


    Minimum 1 year experience required. Experience in home care, working with terminally ill and/or geriatrics preferred.
