We are looking for an Intake Coordinator to join our efforts.

The Intake Coordinator Responsibilities include but not limited

To

Responding to referrals to the program and screening for

admissions for Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation. Develops and

maintains good working relationships with referring agents.

Maintains accurate referral logs, tracks and trends and

promotes the quality and outcomes of the rehab

program.Provides excellent customer service to referring

agents.Implements the screening process for appropriateness of

admission.Obtains appropriate pre authorization for patient

admission to the program.Competitive salary, full benefits.

Requirements

Current FL RN LicensePrevious referral screening, responding

and/or obtaining experience required.Sales experience a

plus.BLS CertificationCustomer service abilities including

effective listening skills.Critical thinking skills, decisive

judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a

fast paced environment.
