Job Title: Lab Technician

• Swing Shift****
• Primary duties will include: Prepare micro-sections from circuit boards for final shipment and for in-process evaluation for plating, drilling etc inspection. Evaluate micro-sections and take measurements using microscopes. Prepare Metallurgical Reports. May be required to perform chemical analysis of plating solutions, cleaners, micro-etches and other routine lab analysis.

Requirements

Familiarity with micro-sectioning equipment, grinders, polishers, routers, saws, microscopes is required. Must have excellent capabilities for documenting, archiving, organizing job assignments and implementing SOP's. Computer use is required. Familiarity with lab glassware, chemical analysis methods and chemical safety practices can be a plus for this candidate. The ability to work alone with minimal supervision.

Must be flexible and available for overtime and weekend work.
